Spend Time at the Farm

Throughout the season we host small gatherings and experiences at the farm where you can slow down, wander the flowers, and enjoy the land. These include seasonal field days, yoga in the flowers, and more designed to connect people to nature and farm-life.

Yoga in the Flowers

Join us for gentle yoga classes held in the greenhouse or out among the flowers during the warmer months. These small gatherings are a chance to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply, and spend time in nature.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're welcome here.

More Than a Farm

Gray Farms is a family-run vegetable and flower farm just outside of Watseka, Illinois. We grow food and flowers using organic practices and invite people to connect with the land through seasonal farm gatherings and gentle yoga classes held both on and off the farm.

Retreats Beyond the Farm

While most gatherings happen here at Gray Farms, I occasionally host small retreats in beautiful places where we can slow down, practice gentle yoga, and experience life in a different way.

Our upcoming retreat will take place in the French countryside, where we'll spend the week practicing yoga, exploring local villages, enjoying good food, and embracing the slower rhythms of the region.

If the idea of stepping away from daily life and sharing this kind of experience calls to you, I’d love to have you join us.
