Women’s Circles

Women come to circle for many reasons. Curiosity. Community. Gentle inspiration. Deep emotional processing. Because those needs are different, I offer two types of circles, each with a distinct purpose and level of depth.

Upcoming Circles

Guided Circles

Depth. Presence. Trust. Transformation.

These are intentionally facilitated circles for women seeking meaningful connection and space to turn inward. Each circle is shaped by its purpose, theme, and setting, so no two gatherings are exactly the same.

Some circles are lighter and more conversational. Others are smaller, more intimate, and more structured, inviting deeper reflection and connection over time.

Because this work involves presence, preparation, facilitation skill, and emotional holding, many of these circles are offered through an energy exchange. This allows the space to be held with care while remaining accessible.

What to Expect

Depending on the offering, circles may include:

  • Online and in-person gatherings

  • Open registration or request-to-join options

  • Varying group sizes based on the intention of the circle

  • Grounding or somatic practices

  • Guided reflection, journaling, or themed discussion

  • Opportunities for deeper sharing, always optional and never forced

  • Clear agreements around confidentiality, respect, and consent

These are not therapy spaces, but they are thoughtfully held environments where trust, honesty, and connection can naturally unfold.

Energy Exchange

Circles may be free, donation-based, or offered at a set rate, depending on the structure and depth of the gathering.
Suggested donations often range around $20, with details clearly shared for each individual offering.

Who These Circles Are For

Women who are drawn to intentional space, authentic connection, and opportunities for self-reflection and emotional awareness.

  • We’ll begin by arriving slowly and setting a shared intention for the circle. From there, we’ll move through gentle, somatic centering practices, a simple hands-on craft, and unstructured connection time. There will be space for sharing and listening, with no pressure to speak unless you feel called.

This gathering is designed to feel grounded, creative, and human. A place to soften, reflect, and connect in a small, supportive group.

  • This is a facilitated women’s circle, not a class to perform or a place to fix yourself. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels supportive, whether that means speaking, listening, creating quietly, or simply being present.

This is not therapy, but it is a carefully held space guided with intention, respect, and clear agreements.

  • This circle is offered as a donation-based gathering. You’ll be invited to choose your contribution when you register.

You may alternatively save your spot by making your donation via Venmo (@crystal-gray-61).

  • We’ll start by settling in and setting an intention for our time together. The circle will include gentle centering practices and very simple somatic movements designed to support nervous system regulation. We’ll also spend time in connection and optional sharing within the group.

The pace is slow and accessible, with space to arrive exactly as you are.

  • This is a live, guided circle focused on presence and connection rather than instruction or achievement. Movement is minimal, adaptable, and always optional. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off and to participate at your own comfort level.

This is not therapy, but it is an intentionally facilitated space grounded in respect, consent, and care.

  • This circle is offered on a donation basis. You’ll choose your contribution when you register.

Alternatively, if you’d rather reserve your spot with a Venmo payment, that’s fine! My Venmo is: @crystal-gray-61
