Women’s Circles

Women come to circle for many reasons. Curiosity. Community. Gentle inspiration. Deep emotional processing. Because those needs are different, I offer two types of circles, each with a distinct purpose and level of depth.

Guided Circles

Depth. Presence. Trust. Transformation.

These are intentionally facilitated circles for women seeking meaningful connection and space to turn inward. Each circle is shaped by its purpose, theme, and setting, so no two gatherings are exactly the same.

Some circles are lighter and more conversational. Others are smaller, more intimate, and more structured, inviting deeper reflection and connection over time.

Because this work involves presence, preparation, facilitation skill, and emotional holding, many of these circles are offered through an energy exchange. This allows the space to be held with care while remaining accessible.

What to Expect

Depending on the offering, circles may include:

  • Online and in-person gatherings

  • Open registration or request-to-join options

  • Varying group sizes based on the intention of the circle

  • Grounding or somatic practices

  • Guided reflection, journaling, or themed discussion

  • Opportunities for deeper sharing, always optional and never forced

  • Clear agreements around confidentiality, respect, and consent

These are not therapy spaces, but they are thoughtfully held environments where trust, honesty, and connection can naturally unfold.

Energy Exchange

Circles may be free, donation-based, or offered at a set rate, depending on the structure and depth of the gathering.

Who These Circles Are For

Women who are drawn to intentional space, authentic connection, and opportunities for self-reflection and emotional awareness.
